New School Store Hours
Beginning on Monday, September 10, the school store will open new extended hours
Morning hours: Monday and Wednesday 7:30am to 8:30am
Afternoon hours: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm to 3:30pm
The school store is located
inside the cafeteria
(behind the kitchen area)
So come by and check out our selection of used uniforms and new school spirit items. If you have any questions or special requests, Therisita Ayala, our School Store Manager will be happy to assist you.
Also, we always accept your donations of gently used uniforms throughout the year
OCTOBER LUNCH
October lunch orders will be sent home in the backpacks this Tuesday 9/11/07. They will be due back NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY 10/19/07. Don't forget to include your payment with the order. Please add a $10.00 late fee to orders sent in after the deadline. Late orders sent in after 9/21/07 will not be added until 10/8/07. No late orders will be accepted after 10/5/07. Please avoid these inconveniences by returning order forms on time.
Junior Girl Scout Troop 1010
meets this Thursday, Sept. 13
from 5:30 - 7 pm at the Bordelon's. We will be working on earning our Field
Sports badges so wear or bring some shorts, old tennis shoes and T shirt so you
can keep your uniforms and school shoes clean. Girls may wear their girl scout
uniforms to school on meeting days!

PEP SQUAD
There will be a parent
meeting for those students interested in joining this year’s PEP SQUAD. It will
be open to everyone grades 1st – 8th. Joining the pep squad is
recommended if you plan to try out for cheerleader in
the future. The meeting is scheduled for September 11th,
at 6:00 in the parish hall. Please plan to attend as we
will be addressing questions, discussing uniforms and issuing enrollment forms.

Halloween Committee is currently working on our upcoming carnival. Contact
Martha Rodriguez 834-2918 to see what help she may need especially with
decorations, set up and
clean up.
· Hospitality Committee can also use more help, please call Mary Kelly to volunteer your time 771-8119.
· All committee’s/organizations - please turn in your list of committee members to me, so I can appropriately record each parent volunteers service hours. This applies to CYO, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Church Groups, School Athletic Board, etc.
· The School Office has copies of the Service Hour Form and they are also available on the schools website. The Service Hour Forms should be filled out, signed by the person in charge of the activity and can be turned into the School Office daily.
