Terri Edgington
My name is Terri Edgington and I am excited to be our school's volunteer Development Director. Though my intention is to make a footprint for my successor in the next couple of years, I intend to do my level best in promoting our school and parish community in the various venues available to me.
My family and I first came to St. Peter's in 1998 to enroll our daughter, Sara, in first grade, and our son, Joshua, in K4. Almost from the beginning, we've been actively involved as parent volunteers with CYO, PTC, Scouts, School Council, Parish Stewardship, and many other activities. During this busy time, I worked part time in our business, Edgington's, while taking care of our family at home and our family at St. Peter's by being the PTC President from 2001-2006.
Though I attended Texas A&M in College Station as an English major, I ended up working as a shoe buyer for Pappagallo and later, a District Manager for The U.S. Shoe Corporation and Casual Corner for seven years. When the traveling for my job became a Monday through Friday routine every week, I decided it was time to stay at home with our children and throw my energy into taking care of them and helping my husband, Rick, establish his business.
We love St. Peter's and we are happy to serve in any capacity that our community needs us!
